Up to £26,748.80 per annum depending on experience

You have the ability to match people to products, based on their personal needs and experience. In addition, you're confident about working towards targets - and you're tenacious about achieving them. As a Sales Executive / Duty Manager at our Guildford FWC, you'll bring demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. You're enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You have a 'can do' attitude and you share our passion for excellent customer service.

As a Sales Executive / Duty Manager, you will:
* Help one of the nation's strongest health brands keep growing.
* Motivate our customers to improve their health and fitness.
* Identify what people want from their gym membership and deliver the packages that suit their needs.
* Spend time in the local community, creating events and visiting businesses to raise awareness of everything we offer.
* Develop a sales-focused culture throughout our club, encouraging colleagues to help us achieve our sales targets as a team.
* Inspire and encourage the team to work together to achieve our sales targets.
* Act as an account manager to our local corporate agreements.
* Be responsible for the smooth running of our club.
* Care about our members, ensure they're happy and seek opportunities to build rapport.
* Lead our colleagues and maintain quality standards in all areas.
* Conduct tours for prospective new members, selling the benefits that only we can provide.
* Oversee health and safety, and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
* Help achieve sales targets.
* Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.
