We are looking for a talented and driven Internal Recruitment Manager to join our team on a maternity contract for up to 14 months. Reporting to the Deputy People Director, you will oversee the recruitment across all Companies, providing support and guidance to line managers surrounding the recruitment of new staff. Ensuring a timely and proactive recruitment service is provided and managers are coached in best practice. Leading a team of 5 to deliver best practices and ensure top talent is sourced and placed efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Manage the Recruitment team on a day-to-day basis ensuring a positive and structured performance management culture is created and maintained. Work with Recruiting Managers to determine the most effective methods and costs of recruitment. Provide Workforce Information, creating reports and documents informing Hiring Managers and identifying any themes or issues and undertaking analysis as required. Carry out market analysis in respects to salary/pay benchmarking. Provide individual company salary benchmarking on an annual basis. Undertake and Manage recruitment campaigns for senior positions. Production of monthly right to work reports and maintain an up to date record for all employees in all businesses. Ensure each team member has clarity on their own personal and team performance/objectives. To be successful in this position you will have effective communication skills, strong organisation and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a pressured environment and most importantly a passion for people and customer service To apply for this role it it is essential that you have experience within a recruitment function, it would be desirable for the successful candidate to have been in a similar role or management position previously. This is a Maternity cover position for up to 14 months, working full time (35 hours per week) based in our Ipswich Head Office (IP1 5LL) offering a hybrid work pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Due to the nature of this role please note that travel to other offices within the group is required.
