This recently refurbished venue, featuring a cozy 70-cover café-style restaurant, is set to open its doors for the bustling summer season starting in April. The season typically runs until October, after which the hours are significantly reduced. During the off-season, the role will transition to a more office-based position, focusing on preparations for the following year, including menu creation and other planning activities.

What’s involved?
For this role, we are seeking an experienced head chef who understands the importance of due diligence and team training. As the head chef, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and cooking.
Your duties will include managing stock control and ordering, organising events, and designing menus on a weekly and monthly basis. You will also play a key role in delivering consistently excellent and high-quality food service in this establishment. Furthermore, you will foster a positive team environment, encouraging teamwork and hospitality among the staff.
