Skills and Experience: Passion & creativity for creating vibrant, tasty food and willing to try something new Good communications skills and be able work within the small Team Ability to work off your own initiative, be creative and think outside the box Food Hygiene training to Level 3 NVQ Level 3 or experience equivalent Excellent cooking and knife handling skills Experience or willingness to learn Vegan catering Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role Leadership experience or capabilities Organised, effective and focused; plus, a keen eye for detail Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, to cover Matchday fixtures and event. This role is subject to a background check and DBS check, prior to employment commencing. Experience of using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) would be desirable A full driving clean driving license is required. A high degree of flexibility is needed to work around the busy football calendar This role requires a chef who can take a leading role in the kitchen, working with the Head Chef and the wider team to successfully manage and delivery the varied needs of the club. Role Responsibilities include: Senior kitchen role, working closely with our Head Chef to deliver Food across all areas of the Club Taking full responsibility for the Eco Canteen; an offsite pop-up canteen for 2 days per week, including preparing fresh food each week, organising deliveries of food and arranging staff required Working within the Matchday team for all home games, providing assistance to deliver our world-famous food to all supporters Overseeing food preparation, cooking and presentation, Helping to ensure the kitchen and pop-up kitchen, operate efficiently, maintaining a high level of cleanliness, organisation and compliance with regulations. Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies and maintain sufficient stock levels to meet demand Working closely with the Head Chef to create new and exciting menus, that change with the seasons.
