This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a proactive attitude, a desire to learn, and an interest in all things tech. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for our internal customers, providing essential support. If you are someone who has good customer facing skills and the ability and professional understanding of the Azure Cloud platform, this is a fantastic role for you. You’ll have exposure to troubleshooting hardware, software, network, or telephony issues, you’ll be there to assist and make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll gain hands-on experience with various tech tools, learn valuable skills, and play a vital role in ensuring our team has the support they need to succeed. A strong working knowledge of the Azure Platform A passion for learning new skills and adapting to change is even better.
