We are delighted to be collaborating with a premium brasserie nestled in the heart of Kent. They are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join their team and create a variety of tasty dishes with a focus on steak and seafood culinary delights.

1. £45,000 to £48,000 package per annum

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef…
5. Creating a variety of delicious dishes for 1200 to 1500 covers per week
6. Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to a team of 15 chefs/porters
7. Assisting in the creation of new and enticing menu items as well as ordering, rotas and more
8. Taking a hands-on approach and creating a positive working environment
9. Making the most of the restaurant's access to high-quality ingredients
