This role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring a seamless service delivery, and strengthening partnerships with key corporate clients and agents across the hotel groups portfolio. Auto enrolment pension scheme Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and agencies. Negotiate and manage rate agreements, contracts, and preferred partnerships. Develop and implement strategies to maximise bookings through agency channels. Proactively seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling hotel services. Collaborate with internal sales teams to support promotional campaigns targeting agency clients. Track and analyse agency performance metrics (e.g., booking volumes, revenue contributions, conversion rates). Produce reports and present insights to senior management based on market trends and competitor activities, making data-driven recommendations. Required Skills and Experience: A background in account management or business development within the travel industry with a proven track record of managing corporate clients and agency relationships and driving revenue growth. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and other travel booking platforms. Established network within the corporate travel and agency sector.
