Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Chinese hot dishes using stir-fry, steam, braise, and deep-fry methods. Prepare a range of sushi including nigiri, maki rolls, sashimi, and specialty sushi. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation. Manage workstation cleanliness and assist with kitchen prep and inventory. Support the kitchen during busy hours and work closely with the team. Help train junior staff as needed. Requirements Minimum Level 4 Chinese Culinary Certificate OR at least 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen. Proven skills in both Chinese cooking and sushi preparation. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above preferred).
