Must have previous software sales experience £40,000 - £45,000 Bonus Office based Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, target, and engage with potential clients across a variety of industries to generate new business opportunities. - Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets. - Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at all levels to understand their needs and position the company's products and services as valuable solutions. - Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company's software solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition to potential clients. - Presentations & Demos: Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's solutions in line with their business needs. - CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the CRM system, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects and leads. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination to maximize sales opportunities. - Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and manage the closing process, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer success team post-sale. Key Requirements: - Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the software or technology sector. - Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
