This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Crediton. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, creating innovative menus, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, managing kitchen staff, and inventory control. Additionally, the Head Chef will coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

* Extensive experience in culinary arts, with a strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Culinary certification or degree is preferred
* Experience in menu planning and development
