Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate, independent insurance advice and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurers to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Negotiate with insurers to deliver tailored insurance programmes, ensuring value for clients’ premiums.
Identify and pursue opportunities for both new and existing clients, with support from the marketing team when needed.
Stay informed on new and existing products, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and client sectors.
Collaborate closely with Account Handlers, Claims Handlers, and other Executives to achieve shared objectives within the Commercial Team.
Track and report on performance against agreed targets and objectives.This position is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience
