Sales Executive – EMEA (Oracle Cloud) Distributed - located in the United Kingdom (Leeds or London Preferred) We Exist to Transform our Customers and Change Lives Summary: RF-SMART is a global provider of warehouse, manufacturing and retail mobility software and is actively interviewing for a UK based Sales Executive, to join our expanding sales team. The role requires you to be highly focused on net new business sales with proven sales experience meeting/exceeding goals and quotas. There will be a combination of direct sales activities that you drive combined with collaborating with our strategic partners and Oracle to achieve joint success. You will strategically prospect your own lead generation through our established network as well as leverage our dedicated UK Business Development Representatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Establish a professional, working, and consultative relationship with clients by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs within their industry Invest time working with external partners such as Oracle and partners/system integrators to leverage their relationships Effectively network with Oracle to understand market opportunity, to help support the go to market strategy, and to receive and execute on lead opportunities Responsible for creating and driving sales pipeline Effective at defining a problem and identifying an alternative solution Creative thinking to find fresh perspectives and innovative solutions Qualify opportunities and assess prospect value Ability to drive the sales process from prospecting through closure Effectively forecast sales opportunities and maintain and accurately update the CRM system Maintain knowledge of competitors to strategically position products and services Strong interpersonal, presentation, management, and negotiation skills Use Solutions Consulting and other resources to demonstrate RF-SMART and to seek out new opportunities to drive and close sales revenue Provide clear communication to all internal departments Travel to visit Partners, prospective Clients and industry events Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in a business field, or equivalent work experience 3 years successful sales experience Proven experience and success as a Sales Executive or Business Development Representative Experience and passion in Warehouse and Supply Chain Management Prefer experience selling SaaS applications, in partnership with Oracle or a strategic partner Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).
