Duties and Responsibilities:
* A clear understanding of managing food costs.
* Deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests across all areas of food service.
* Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement running the day to day sections of the kitchen.
* Support and inspire your team to deliver unique and genuine experiences.
* Ensure the kitchen is a safe and clean environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
* 2 years experience at Sous Chef Level in a quality hotel or restaurant.
* Experience of managing a / part of a kitchen team of at least 8 chefs.
* Must have previous experience in a Rosette restaurant/hotel.
* Previous experience in a fine dining setting.
* Proven successful track record of working within professional kitchens.
* You may need your own means of transport due to the location of the business.
* Sound English written and oral communication skills.
* Evidence of stable employment and length of service with previous employers.
* Can demonstrate literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.
