Building new homes for rent and sale, attracting investment and business growth, managing delivery of major projects, providing a diverse portfolio to support businesses and regeneration and helping you find a place to call home. Having achieved significant growth, my client is looking for a Sales Executive to join the team based initially at their development near Amble, with potential to sell future developments across Northumberland (or the Northeast of England). The team build new homes for rent and sale. My client is passionate about building high quality new homes, with locations right across Northumberland, and they hand pick our stunning locations to ensure they create unique homes to complement and enhance their individual surroundings, helping our customers to find a place to call home. As Sales Executive, you are responsible for: Working as part of a team: you will be part of a small team, where you will work alongside the Site Manager & Sales Manager to establish the sales office for a new site, near Amble. Getting to know the surrounding area & market conditions Being first point of contact for all sales enquiries: you will be a confident communicator, able to deal with high volume of work and respond to enquiries in a professional manner. You must be able to demonstrate key skills and experience in the following areas: Selling & Achieve target sales Meet with clients, assess their needs and qualify Price negotiation Liaise with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.) Customer follow-up & Administration Market research & competitor analysis Maintain the customer enquiry database Record customer details at reservation Complete and distribute all documentation as required Comply with GDPR regulations The Ideal Candidate Full UK Driving licence essential Minimum of 1 years proven experience within new homes/property sales AND/OR Estate agents experience essential Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Personable & composed at all times Excellent communication and presentation skills An active team player, encouraging their team and themselves to succeed Self-motivated, determined, and efficient Represent their brand to the highest of standards Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
