About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, highly motivated Car Sales Executive to enhance our team. This role is ideal for someone with positive energy, resilience, and an unwavering drive to succeed. Our Sales Executives are the face of our dealership, committed to delivering industry-leading customer service and driving sales of vehicles and associated products through a variety of channels.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional customer service, setting the benchmark for the industry.
2. Drive vehicle sales, along with service plans and insurance, maximising profit and earnings.
3. Engage with customers through follow-up calls, inbound enquiries, walk-ins, and test drives.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging every opportunity to maximise earnings.
5. Maintain a detailed and up-to-date diary system.
6. Actively contribute to a high-performing sales team, aiming to surpass both personal and team goals.
7. Selling vehicles and associated products like Service Plans and Insurance, with attractive financial incentives.
8. Working closely with the service department to meet customer needs effectively.
9. Conducting test drives, providing a firsthand experience of our vehicles to customers.
Requirements
10. A polished professional with a hunger for success and an excellent ability to build rapport.
11. Proven experience in the automotive sales industry is preferred but not mandatory.
12. A Full UK Driving License held for a minimum of 3 years (essential).
13. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
14. Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
