Join Our Kitchen Team as a Sous Chef
We share a passion for real cooking — a passion we want to share with you. As Sous Chef, you'll be the support and leadership backbone for our Head Chefs, engaging with the kitchen team to deliver excellence across 14 shifts each week.
1. Lead shifts ensuring effective and safe kitchen operations.
2. Maintain high standards for stocks, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and food quality, ensuring all dishes are on-spec and timely.
3. Uphold 5-star kitchen standards consistently.

What You'll Bring
* Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, eager to progress
* Proficiency with fresh ingredients and kitchen skills (food prep, hygiene, knife skills)
* A proactive work ethic, leading from the front to uphold high standards
* Determination to overcome challenges and improve
* Understanding of KPIs, decision-making without the Head Chef regarding labour, stock, and safety
* Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and team members
* Knowledge of scheduling, sales, labour forecasting, and HR practices
* Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff, including apprentices and junior chefs
