We are looking to hire an experienced technology manager with minimum 4 years' experience in agency recruitment to lead the technology division. What does this role involve? As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability and business activities of your team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Robert Walters by promoting our brand and developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their leadership experience or who wants to step into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technology team from the front in personal billings and business development activity, build healthy client and candidate pipelines and grow your market share. Manage a team of recruiters across different levels of experience, providing the necessary training and support to help them meet their targets. Conduct salary reviews and bonus allocations, identifying opportunities to improve individual and team performance. Drive business development by networking, gathering market information, and making proactive business development calls to generate new opportunities. Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns that foster positive relationships with clients and enhance business growth. What are we looking for? Minimum 4 years proven billing experience specifically in technology. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience managing a team and a track record of growing team success. Excellent business development skills, with the ability to network and generate new business. Strong problem-solving and commercial focus, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
