The Role As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. Your main responsibility will be to connect with prospective clients, predominantly through cold calling, and convert them into customers by showcasing the value of our business rates reduction services. With high conversion rates and an entrepreneurial environment, this is an exciting opportunity to achieve your sales potential while contributing to the company’s rapid expansion. Key responsibilities include: Proactively cold calling businesses to introduce and sell our services. Responding promptly to enquiries submitted by prospects. Building strong relationships and maintaining a professional approach to client communication. Meeting and exceeding sales targets to maximize earnings through a generous commission structure. What We're Looking For We’re seeking dynamic individuals who are motivated by success and eager to thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment. Essential Traits: Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed and achieve targets. Desire to learn and improve on sales skills. Preferred (but not required): Sales experience or experience in a similar target-driven role. What We Offer Compensation: £25,000 basic salary with an OTE of £70,000. Benefits: 20 days of discretionary annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional Christmas shutdown.
