We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team and oversee recruitment for all UK hotels. We are seeking someone with previous experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment management role, who has excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring that Red Carnation Hotels continues to build a team of exceptional individuals who share our commitment to excellence in hospitality. This position reports into the Director of People & Culture and oversees a team of two colleagues.

Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager:
* Understand hotel needs, develop recruitment strategies, and forecast future hiring requirements.
* Enhance Red Carnation Hotels' employer brand to appeal to high-calibre candidates, aligning with the company's values and culture.
* Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
* Review CVs and applications, conduct in-depth interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Ensure a hands-on approach to selecting the best talent for each position.
* Work with People & Culture and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, facilitating their integration into the company culture.
* Implement strategies to attract diverse talent, ensuring an inclusive hiring process that reflects Red Carnation Hotels' commitment to equality. Monitor recruitment metrics, analyse data to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies, and provide regular reports to senior management.

* High level of organisation and attention to detail to ensure that recruitment processes are efficient, candidates are accurately assessed, and all hiring documentation is meticulously managed.
* A passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace by attracting talent from various backgrounds and creating an inclusive hiring process.
* Comfortable with using ATS, job boards, and social media platforms, as well as the ability to analyse recruitment data to continuously improve strategies and processes.
