Salary: Up to £33,000 plus TRONC & Tips
Work schedule: 5 days out of 7

My client is a passionate quality operator with a stunning portfolio of gastro pub/restaurant operations & is looking for a Junior Sous Chef OR Senior Chef de Partie to work as part of a busy successful kitchen team with quality fresh produce.
The company have won awards for their food, service & training and serve an array of dishes using locally sourced meat, fish & vegetable produce .
The company are well respected and with a well-established growing portfolio of operations & a discerning clientele, the sites have become a firm and popular fixture with both regulars and people travelling from other areas to sample their quality wholesome locally sourced dishes as well as great craft beers, fine wines & spirits. Whether it be a tasty lunch, a sumptuous evening meal or a special occasion, the operations have something for everyone. They also have regular food & drink festivals and are well-respected in their communities.
Due to promotion and increased business we are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to help support the running of a busy kitchen, ensuring that dishes are presented to the highest standards and are served in a timely manner.

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Junior Sous or Senior CDP ready for the next step.
* Background of working within a quality gastro pub or restaurant & experience of working with fresh food
* The ability to work in a busy environment and under pressure
* Would consider Chefs from both independent gastro pubs or restaurants as well as from a more corporate quality branded gastro pub/restaurant operator or hotel operator with experience of working with fresh produce.
* A real passion for food & creating great dishes
* Committed to providing the highest standards of food & service
* Calm with the ability to fit it a great team culture & a company that supports & develops its people
* Hands-on & self-motivated - happy to get stuck in where necessary
* The desire to work for a well-respected company who look after their people and have won awards for their menus.
Salary Package: The starting salary is up to £33,000 depending on experience las well as TRONC, Tips, incentive trips, training & progression
