Job Description
As the Interim HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the HR team and your main duties and responsibilities will be:
* Implementing and managing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Managing the recruitment and selection process
* Supporting business needs through human capital solutions, services, and support
* Maintaining pay plan and benefits program
* Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
* Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
* Nurturing a positive working environment
The Successful Applicant
The successful 'HR Generalist' should be:
* Immediately available or available at very short notice
* Have a strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
* Adept at managing HRIS and HR databases
* Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
* Proficient in using MS Office applications
* Strong ethics and reliability
