Job Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
* Managing a high volume of inbound calls and converting them into sales.
* Discovering leads and conducting pre-qualification when necessary.
* Professionally aiding account managers in compiling campaign data for reporting purposes.
* Updating and maintaining customer records in the company database.
* Cross-selling products whenever possible.
* Keeping pertinent data updated according to agreed-upon call, contact, and quality targets each day.
* Quantifying and achieving a minimum number of meetings daily.
* Acting on decision-maker activities and incoming prospect/lead sheets to secure appointments and drive sales.
* Completing various ad hoc sales and service administrative tasks as needed.
* Responding to customer queries promptly and offering clear, concise advice.
* Making outbound calls to customers from the quote pipeline.
* Providing customers with advice and assisting them in placing orders.
* Handling inquiries through Live Chat and emails.
* Managing your inquiry pipeline to maximize opportunities for sales conversions.
