Job Description
Ennov is seeking sales representatives to strengthen its team in Europe.
Reporting to our VP of Sales & Marketing in Paris, you will be responsible for selling our RIM (Regulatory Information Management) solutions to clients located in Europe.
Your Profile – Skills and Required Experience:
* You have at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role, selling IT solutions to clients in the life sciences field.
* You are fluent in English, French and/or German.
Role and Responsibilities
Prospection:
* Carry out prospecting activities.
* Participate in pre-sales activities: manage appointments, conduct presentations, and draft meeting reports.
* Attend promotional events and user group meetings.
* Present the product catalog to prospects and clients.
Managing Commercial Aspects Between Prospects/Clients and the Company:
* Prepare quotes and respond to needs within the limits of Ennov Group's available offerings.
* Conduct negotiations for commercial contracts.
* Finalise sales.
* Record all interactions with prospects and clients in shared tools and keep these records updated.
Client Relationship Management:
* Oversee conflict resolution.
* Ensure the sustainability of client relationships.
* Prepare and promptly hand over files to post-sales teams in accordance with current guidelines.
* Submit regular activity reports to the Sales and Marketing Management, following the established procedures.
* Keep the CRM system updated.
* Report difficulties with managed accounts well before an open crisis arises.
* Provide suggestions for improving the developed applications.
* Actively contribute to quality assurance efforts.
Contribution to Client Satisfaction:
* Ensure clear, complete, and compliant contracts aligned with Ennov Group's offerings.
Possibility for full remote in the UK.
