The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Generalist should have:
11. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
12. Proven work experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the industrial / manufacturing industry.
13. Strong knowledge of labour legislation and payroll processes.
14. Excellent people management skills and the ability to resolve conflicts.
15. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
16. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
