Service Desk Analyst - 2nd Line/Career Development/Insurance
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Analyst for a Specialty insurance client of ours based in central London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to grow their potential in a regulated environment. With a lot of upcoming change there will be lots of project work including development in 3rd line capabilities
Experience required:
- Strong 2nd line experience, with a focus on this
- O365, Win10/11, AD, Exchange environment
- Ideally some experience with Azure AD
- Experience working in a financial services is essential
This is a permanent position paying up to £40,000
Hybrid working - 3 days a week on-site in central London.
