Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest in Metroguard and Double Check’s services.
* Schedule appointments for senior sales team members with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
* Research target clients to personalise outreach and identify opportunities for collaboration.
* Maintain and update lead and prospect information in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
* Provide detailed feedback and insights on client responses to improve future strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation is preferred.
* Skills: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Organised: Strong time management and attention to detail for managing pipelines and follow-ups.
* Self-Motivation: Proactive and results-driven, able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email outreach tools, and video conferencing platforms.
