We’re on the lookout for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join a vibrant kitchen team at a fantastic culinary destination. This role offers the chance to work with fresh, local ingredients and create dishes that inspire.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in a lively kitchen environment.
- Taking charge of one of four kitchen sections and contributing new ideas to our ever-changing menus.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met, while managing ordering and rotas.
**Who We’re Looking For:**
- A confident chef with a love for modern British cuisine and sustainability.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must.
- Someone who enjoys mentoring and sharing knowledge with junior chefs.
