UPG are one of the UK’s leading print and installation service providers. We deliver a wide range of creative services, supporting the production and delivery of retail campaigns and global exhibitions & events. We are looking for an Account Executive to support the delivery and growth of work across a portfolio of agency and corporate clients.
The position will sit within the client services team, supporting a Senior Account Manager and contributing to the growth of client accounts. The role offers hands-on exposure to key projects from brief through to delivery, with clear progression opportunities for the right candidate.
Previous experience in marketing, media, print, administration, customer service or sales support is desirable. A good attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate administrative support to key accounts as instructed
* Liaise with clients by phone, teams and email regarding ongoing campaign requirements
* Ensure campaign information is clearly communicated and tracked internally
* Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
* Assist in briefing production and procurement when campaigns are awarded
* Support with delivery and after-sales enquiries
* Help maintain and service existing accounts
* Communicate effectively with suppliers and partners
Essential Skills:
* Experience in administration, sales support or a customer-facing role
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* A process-driven mindset with a proactive approach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
