What’s involved?
As a Junior Sous Chef you will work under the Sous and Head Chefs to become a central figure in the kitchen management team. As Junior Sous, you will lead service and mentor the junior chefs to ensure that they standards stay high and deliver the level expected. You will also assume responsibilities for some stock checks and will learn about ordering systems, as well as the back-office management needed to progress in your career.
