My client based in Perth is looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organisation. What You’ll Be Doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for IT support, assisting users with hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, chat, and self-service.
Diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently, or escalating to second-line support where needed.
Managing, prioritising, and logging all incidents, service requests, and changes in ServiceNow.
Provisioning IT equipment, including ordering, configuring, and dispatching devices.
Taking ownership of user issues, providing timely updates and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Maintaining IT asset records and supporting IT administration tasks.
Playing an active role in continual service improvement, including testing updates for our ServiceNow platform.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
A problem-solving mindset – you enjoy troubleshooting and finding solutions.
Basic experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and familiarity with iOS & Android.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and friendly approach.
A team player who contributes ideas and collaborates effectively.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and escalate when needed.
Basic understanding of network troubleshooting (desirable).
Knowledge of ITIL best practices (desirable).
A full UK driver’s licence is required.
