Job Brief: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic sales team as a Junior Sales Executive. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to develop advanced sales skills and play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities. Your initial role will be a junior sales executive, with opportunities to progress subject to your commitment and appetite for success. You will be working closely with key stakeholders to leverage our existing portfolio of customers whilst exploring new markets, as we continue to dominate our sector. The role will evolve as the business continues to grow and you will be expected to welcome a culture of continuous improvement and development, both within your role and as part of your personal and professional capacity. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media. Prospect Research : Conduct research to understand potential clients' needs and how our services can meet those needs. Pipeline Management : Maintain an up-to-date Customer Relationship Management with detailed and accurate notes on prospect interactions and next steps. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team with qualified leads. Delivering Sales Presentations: Work with senior sales team to deliver 1-1 presentations in order to introduce customers to our suite of services, key selling points, and determine their requirements. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails to nurture relationships with potential clients. Sales Strategies: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach campaigns. Training: Participate in regular training sessions to develop advanced sales skills and product knowledge. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market feedback. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems (experience with Salesforce is a plus). Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive team culture. Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; Level 3 qualification in a related field (preferred). Sales Experience: Some experience in a sales or customer-facing role (preferred).
