Working hours: 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday) Free Parking Hybrid working after probation Increased pension contribution from employer 25 days Holiday Bank Holidays Birthday off YOUR NEW ROLE Responsible for the continuous flow of information between UK and global teams Responding to queries from global customer service team Responding to queries from customers and colleagues via email and telephone Managing a busy email inbox Handling queries and forwarding to relevant departments Setting up new customer accounts on SAP Investigating invoice queries Liaising with accounts department and checking new customers credit Sending quotes/contract renewals to customers Raising credit reports for any incorrectly charged products Producing monthly contract renewals Skills required: Strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel essential. Has initiative and diligence with a high level of accuracy. Proven administration experience Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with global customer base Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
