HR Generalist – Derby – £30,000 - £35,000
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with an established and innovative business who are looking to recruit an HR Generalist to join their team. You will be supporting the HR team with day-to-day activities. This role would suit someone who has experience in a HR role and who Is looking to work for an exciting and rewarding career. The business is currently working on some really exciting projects with some big clients so it’s a great time to join!

HR Generalist Responsibilities:
Producing onboarding documents
Responsible for sickness absence reviews and monitoring including long term sickness
Attending and supporting in formal meetings with the ability to take minutes
Providing support and guidance to Line Managers and employees on policies and procedures
Responsible for and managing recruitment agencies
Administering all payroll updates and amendments for all employees including an Payroll biannual audit
Overseeing the activities of current apprentices to ensure their training and development meets the requirements of their NVQ curriculum
Developing the HR team and undertake HR Admin duties in the absence of the HR Administrator
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience working within a HR function
Positive can-do attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Strong IT skills
