They're now looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team and provide hands-on, operational HR support across the business.
This is a permanent role, based on site in Melksham.
The Role:
As the HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing a wide range of HR activities, supporting both employees and management. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in day-to-day HR operations and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide operational HR support on a variety of matters, including employee relations, performance management, absence management, and disciplinary issues.
2. Work closely with line managers and supervisors to ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
3. Partner with union representatives to manage union-related issues, ensuring compliance with collective agreements and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
