Customer Support Specialist
Salary: Up to £37k + life assurance + pension

Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and resolve high-level issues related to Sales, eRegistration, MOQ, No Charge Orders, and Sales Exception Maintenance Groups.
* Pricing Management: Handle pricing requests, including quote renewals, pricing adjustments, and spreadsheet pricing, ensuring clear communication of product costs and lead times.
* Order Management: Manage the entire order lifecycle, resolve urgent order issues, and expedite deliveries to ensure smooth fulfillment.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve high-priority issues and support cross-departmental communication.
Required Experience:
* Extensive experience in customer service, ideally within a technical or electronics industry.
* Strong expertise in pricing, order management, and customer communication, with a proven ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for managing data and generating reports.
* Experience with CRM systems and order management platforms is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
