£30,200 per year + Bonus (25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension Scheme)

The Role:
Are you a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for connecting people with opportunities? We are looking for a Recruitment Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in helping individuals secure meaningful employment while building strong relationships with employers across Greater Manchester.
In this role, you will actively engage with businesses, promoting job vacancies and matching candidates to roles. Your work will directly impact the lives of job seekers, helping them overcome barriers to employment and achieve success.
Duties:
1. Drive Business Development: Proactively identify and engage employers across all sectors, generating leads through mailshots, cold calling, and direct outreach.
2. Fill Vacancies: Match talented candidates to live job opportunities, ensuring customers have updated CVs and are fully prepared for interviews.
3. Provide Employer Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, negotiating terms, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns.
4. Empower Candidates: Offer pre-interview coaching to enhance customers' confidence and increase their chances of securing roles.
5. Achieve Results: Meet and exceed KPIs and targets, contributing to the success of the team and the individuals you support.
Required Skills:
1. Proven experience in recruitment or a B2B sales role with a focus on lead generation and cold calling.
2. Exceptional people skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and manage relationships effectively.
3. A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
5. A full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
6. Due to the nature of this role, you will hold a driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, you will also be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
