A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Oakham & Stamford for a Sous Chef to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant.
Salary & Benefits
Salary to £33k + tips worth £4k
48 hours - 4 day working week - 3 days off
5 weeks holiday - Christmas Day & NYE off
4 nights off per week Sun-Tues + 1 more day
Work in brand new modern kitchen
The Role
Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
Brand New refurbished kitchen
Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant - part of management team
Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
You will already be a Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
