Fully Remote – but must be based near Birmingham for client contact
Salary: £45,000–£80,000 DOE + bonus scheme + car allowance or company car
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business growth within the manufacturing, logistics, and industrial recruitment sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on industrial onsite recruitment (winning onsite contracts for the business)
* Build a robust client base nationally or locally, leveraging your existing network and contacts.
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations for the onsite division focusing on new business growth.
* Balance new business development with managing long-term client relationships to ensure ongoing success.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in recruitment within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
* Established contacts within these industries and a proven ability to hit the ground running.
* Strong track record of building and nurturing relationships with large clients.
* A self-starter with a strategic approach to business development.
* Based in or around the Midlands to facilitate engagement with the company's core business areas.
