Mint Signs is an established, innovative and creative Signage, Graphics & Print company, specialising in Graphics & Signage across a variety of sectors. We work with a wide range of signs and graphics including: - Built up letters, Vinyl Graphics, Hoardings, shop Fascias and much more including Bespoke Signage. We also supply exhibition prints, fabricated signs and small format digital print and finishing.
The Sales Executive will provide leadership, management and development of projects and small works opportunities for enquiries to the company. To ensure projects are secured and then delivered to meet time and budget requirements and to meet and exceed client expectations. Be able to price, run and check the jobs in to the design studio or to production. To have good management of systems to track, report and follow up on enquiries. A pro-active attitude to work towards winning and maintaining customers. A positive can do approach to seeking out new opportunities and turning them in to customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Sales Executive will have the following responsibilities but will be flexible in the requirements needed as the business and role develop and change to suit the business growth:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts and securing new business opportunities as they arise.
* Sell the portfolio of print, Graphics and Signage solutions into a variety of sectors
* Manage WIP within agreed business financial and timescale limits
* Manage key relationships within the team to provide a seamless delivery of services
* Review and negotiate bids offered by Suppliers and subcontractors
* Continually review delivery performance and demonstrate financial and operational improvements
* Maximise the turnover and profitability of all projects allocated
* Gather information for the design and estimate to complete the project.
Qualifications and Skills
* Ideally about 3 years relevant signage experience
* Excellent customer skills a must
* Experience in sourcing costs and costing projects
* Microsoft Office experience and good computer skills, design software experience is a big bonus.
* A general hunger to be part of a team and work hard to achieve your best
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
