We are seeking a dedicated Business Systems Administrator, Change Analyst and Training Manager to ensure the effective operation and ongoing development of SystmOne, the new Electronic Patient Record system currently being implemented for the Public Health Nursing service in Devon. You will act as the subject matter expert for SystmOne, be responsible for providing operational support and guidance on the development of the clinical system and act as the point of specialist knowledge to ensure that SystmOne supports clinical and business activities appropriately and efficiently. In this role, you will carry out change analysis, configuration changes and minor developments, onboard new users, provide tier 2/3 helpline support, and deliver training throughout implementation and business as usual business system management. You'll also contribute to user documentation and maintain an organised online resource repository and standard operating procedures. You will play a crucial role in optimising the new system, ensuring data quality and enhancing its efficiency and functionality. Experience of SystmOne systems configuration, management or administration is important as is experience of working in a health service.
