In this role you will add value to PXP by: Equip our Revenue teams with the skills, knowledge, and strategies needed to drive revenue and excel in client interactions. This role is key to ensuring our sales professionals stay ahead in a competitive market by delivering engaging training programs that enhance performance and boost confidence. A typical week as a Sales Enablement & Training Manager might involve: Create and conduct engaging sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills. Coach teams on consultative selling, negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals effectively. Identify gaps in sales effectiveness and implement targeted training to improve conversion rates and revenue growth. Design workshops, role-play scenarios, e-learning modules, and sales playbooks tailored to business needs. Assess training impact through performance metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives. Keep up with industry best practices, new sales methodologies, and market trends to ensure training remains relevant and effective. Work closely with sales managers and leadership to align training with company goals and sales objectives. We are looking for someone who: Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or similar role in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in B2B sales, sales enablement, or sales leadership. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire teams. Knowledge of sales methodologies. Experience in designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs. Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and optimize learning strategies.
