The right Sous Chef will be offered:

We are looking for a Sous Chef that has a background within a fine-dining establishment and Private Members Club. Someone that wants to learn, work with fresh ingredients from scratch, and develop their career. Food standards are very high and you will be catering for A la carte, functions, and PDRs.
