Description
Develop HR strategies that align with the IT and Data team's objectives.
Identify training needs and arrange for appropriate instruction.
Manage recruitment and selection process for the IT and Data team.
Utilise HR systems such as Hi-Bob and Workable effectively.
Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
Monitor HR department's budget.
Ensure legal compliance of UK regulations and applicable employment laws.
Implement and revise the company's compensation program.Profile
A successful HR Business Partner to support the IT and Data Team will have:
Proven experience in Human Resources or related field supporting a substantial Technology client group.
Proficiency in HR systems such as Hi-Bob and Workable.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge, and hands-on experience with, UK employment law / Employee Relations
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
An existing right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
The ability to be in the office 5 days a week during the probationary period. (3-6 months)Job Offer
