A Sous Chef position is available at a luxury country house hotel known for offering high-quality dining in all its food outlets. In this role, you will be responsible for running the newly refurbished Brasserie Restaurant and will work closely with the group executive chef. The Brasserie offers an elegant open-plan dining space serving an all-day, seasonally changing menu that fuses British and Mediterranean cuisine. The brasserie is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday, with a daily specials board. The hotel offers live-in accommodation if needed, along with free parking, a competitive salary, and benefits.
Requirements:
An ambitious, enthusiastic, and experienced Sous Chef or Chef de Partie with at least 2 years of experience in a similar high-quality restaurant or brasserie setting.
