KeyResponsibilities:
Develop andexecute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within theassignedterritory
Forge andmaintain strong relationships with corporate clients understandingtheir needs to provide tailoredsolutions
Toachieve the required sales target and related KPI s within a 12monthperiod
Working closelywith both the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to assist allin identifying opportunities for all product and services viasales
Toenhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supportingits commercialinterests
Keep abreast ofmarket trends competitor activity and regulatory changes to informsales strategies
Skills& ExperienceRequired:
Proven trackrecord in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownershipand fundingoptions
Exceptionalcommunication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage andpersuade at alllevels
Bea professional presenter who will be asked to share in presentingat regional sales and dealershipmeetings
Have the abilityto find new customers and increase the customerdatabase
Previousexperience in selling or renting capital equipment to key localfleets
Ideal candidateswill have knowledge of the Vanindustry
Full UK drivinglicence is essential as regular regional travel is a core componentof the role
