Requirements:
• 2+ years as Second Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie
• Solid foundation in culinary techniques and palate development
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Consistent delivery of high-quality dishes
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Collaboration and eagerness to learn
• Basic understanding of food cost control and kitchen efficiency
• Commitment to upholding high standards of food hygiene and safety
