We're looking for a people focussed, energetic Sous Chef to join our team. Our Restaurant and Hotel are steeped in tradition and we take pride in showcasing fabulous Scottish produce, lovingly prepared in the traditions of great British cooking, with a modern twist. Reporting to the kitchen's Head Chef, you'll be responsible for helping develop standards and skills in the team to make sure they deliver a consistently high standard of food, which looks as great as it tastes.
As Sous Chef, you'll have previous experience as Junior Sous or Sous in a busy kitchen. You'll support the running of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, so you'll have strong leadership skills and the desire to develop your team by working alongside them, coaching and training them.
