Who You Are:
* A highly motivated, accomplished revenue recruiter with 5+ years of recruitment experience mainly sourcing for SaaS sales professionals in high volume and fast-paced environments.
* A reliable partner to the business with extensive knowledge about talent in the B2B SaaS space, understanding the competencies and skills necessary to succeed and knowing how to properly vet candidates.
* Passionate about our business and able to convey our value proposition in a compelling manner to prospective candidates.
* Organized and methodical, capable of managing multiple Revenue roles across the organization to create a world-class experience for hiring managers and candidates.
* A true team player with a collaborative mindset, dedicated to building the best company possible through teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
* Own the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on Revenue Sales and Marketing roles (Sales Leadership, Enterprise Account Executives, Customer Success, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, etc.).
* It would be advantageous to have SaaS revenue recruitment experience in both EMEA and APAC markets.
* Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and department leads from kick-off to close on each search, ensuring flawless process execution.
* Establish and build a high level of trust and rapport with hiring teams and stakeholders across the business.
* Learn how each department within AlphaSense functions and cater your recruiting style to suit each hiring manager and area of the business.
* Conceptualize and execute applicant sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and various other platforms to engage with passive talent.
* Provide a thoughtful, personal, and seamless candidate experience.
* Be an ambassador for AlphaSense, helping to grow our employer brand through various events and partnerships.
