Hariley Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team near Winsford. If you have a proven track record in Sales Administration and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities:
1. Producing customer quotes.
2. Receiving and processing customer orders via email and telephone.
3. Placing orders with suppliers and arranging transport of goods to customer sites, confirming delivery schedules with all parties.
4. Creating purchase orders on accounting software and sending to the supplier.
5. Managing customer queries relating to delivery updates, invoice queries, price checks, and chasing overdue invoices.
6. Managing stock control.
7. Management of import and customs paperwork.
8. Maintaining good business relationships with customers and suppliers.
9. General office administration duties as required, such as IT queries, creating data sheets, development of new processes, and office support systems.
10. Providing administration support to the Directors (such as booking flights, helping organize diaries, etc.).
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Strong communicator with a confident telephone manner and excellent written skills.
2. Confident in own decision making and able to work alone as well as part of a wider team.
3. Able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and be prepared to suggest better ways of working to higher management.
4. Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft systems is essential.
5. Experience using accounting software and knowledge of logistics would be a distinct advantage.
6. A good awareness of Health & Safety processes.
