Location: MANCHESTER/LEEDS REGION
Salary: HIGHLY COMPETITIVE SALARY PLUS PACKAGE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE - Basic Circa 50-60k plus generous commission package.
Our client is a rapidly expanding labour supply agency/training provider and they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to join their team working alongside some of the largest civil engineering and Rail companies.
Client relationships are massively important and are embraced across all regions, leading to our client working with more clients nationwide than any other construction recruitment agency.
This is a well-established office and you will have the chance to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work alongside experienced and dedicated resourcers, receiving all the support needed to get your desk up and running in no time.
The Senior Recruitment Manager will have the ability to match the requirements of their clients and candidates, whilst ensuring exceptional quality, tailored recruitment solutions, and delivering individual revenue targets.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. A background in Construction is essential; you must have worked in a similar role within this industry.
2. A self-starter attitude is essential; you must be able to use your own initiative and be resourceful.
3. Client entertainment is a big part of their company culture; you should be flexible and willing to attend any events/meetings.
4. You must have a can-do and positive attitude; an outgoing personality will do really well within this role.
5. Must be confident and have a very strong telephone manner; you should be comfortable speaking on the phone to people of all levels.
6. Your personal skills must be very strong, with the confidence to build rapport with unfamiliar people quickly.
7. You must have a full driving license.
8. As you will be working with large amounts of sensitive data, you must be aware of current GDPR and information sensitivity laws.
9. You must have strong IT skills and be a well-presented and enthusiastic individual.
This position does come with a car plus a very strong package.
